We are a family business and this is in your advantage because we do not require a contract or other different fees, like all agencies do, in order for us to provide to you our cleaning services. It is very simple, you will request for a cleaner either each time you need cleaning services either by a schedule.
Our services and prices
We provide the following cleaning services in London:
- regular domestic cleaning - 10 £/h, which can be:
- weekly
- fourtnight
- once a month
- one-off and spring cleaning - 12.5 £/h
- office cleaning - 10 £/h
- end of tenancy cleaning - 10 £/h
- after party cleaning - 10 £/h
- ironing services - 10 £/h. All of the cleaners that we recommend to you are happy to do any ironing at your home. As well as being excellent at cleaning, they are all experienced and will be happy to iron all of the items that you leave out for them with great care and attention to details. Typically, a regular cleaner will come to your house and iron around seven shirts per hour. Other common items that require ironing such as bed linen, underwear, blouses etc can also be easily accommodated by the cleaner.
Things to know
- you will have to book the minimum 2h per cleaning visit
- you can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes
- the cleaning material and equipment should be provided by our clients. We have found that it is the most economical and hygienically way. It avoids pet hair or mites traveling from one customer's house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to.
- if you go away on holiday etc. and the cleaner is not required please let the cleaner know as soon as possible, in that way we can provide another job for the cleaner. In the case that you do not require cleaning services in this period you do not have to pay the cleaner
Payment methods
For new customers we mainly accept bank transfer payment for our cleaning services offfered in London. In special situations or for old customers other payment methods can be accepted.
